Breath of Fire Races

Okay guys, here we go. It's obviously not 100% completed, so I'll need your help. I got all of the special traits and stuff from someone else - I found an old document on my computer that I saved for just such an occasion a few years ago. I didn't agree with many of his stats, which is what led to me creating the ones I've already shown you. Also, he gave each race at least one or two additional traits, many of which were repeats or just overdoing it, in my opinion.

However, in the case of the Shell and Iron-worker clans, I didn't agree with any of the traits he used, so I'll need suggestions. Also, he gave the Winged clan full-out Flight, and I'm limiting it to Hovering, so any advice how how to work that out would be appreciated.
